Bret Fitzpatrick first turned to yoga to recover from injury as an athlete. He then earned his RYT from YogaFit and has been teaching locally for eight years. His philosophy centers on the whole person--connecting body and mind.

For many years Sandra Johnson was a Jazzercise instructor and discovered that yoga was the perfect complement to dancing and running. She eventually trained through YogaFit and started teaching yoga at gyms, fitness studios and private classes.

Charity Castner is certified in Hatha Yoga and teaches at H2L Studio. After having her first child, she fell in love with yoga to help relax, recharge, refocus, and get mentally and physically prepared for being a mom. Charity has been certified since 2009 and teaching ever since.
